開心果進口報關報檢流程及費用明細

一：海關Z署發(fā)布《關于進口土耳其開心果檢驗檢疫要求的公告》，標志著我國市場的大門已經(jīng)向土耳其開心果打開，根據(jù)我國相關F律F規(guī)和中土兩國Z管部門已簽署的土耳其開心果輸華議定書要求，自即日起我國允許符合《進口土耳其開心果檢驗檢疫要求》的土耳其開心果輸華。

According to the relevant F regulati of China and the Turkish pistachio Export Protocol signed by Z administrative departments of China and Turkey, From now on, China allows the import of Turkey pistachio inspection and quarantine requirements of Turkey pistachio to China.

二：進口土耳其開心果檢疫依據(jù)？檢驗檢疫對進口土耳其開心果檢疫依據(jù)是哪些？

檢驗檢疫依據(jù)：（一）《中華人民共H國進出境動植物檢疫法》《中華人民共H國進出境動植物檢疫法實施條例》《中華人民共H國進出口商品檢驗法》《中華人民共H國進出口商品檢驗法實施條例》《中華人民共HG食品安全法》《中華人民共HG食品安全法實施條例》。（二）《進出口食品安全管理辦法》。（三）《中華人民共H國G家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局和土耳其共和G食品、農(nóng)業(yè)和畜牧部關于土耳其開心果輸華植物衛(wèi)生要求議定書》。

三：正常生開心果進口一般都是紙箱或是編織袋大包裝、一個大包裝在50KG左右一袋，一個大柜40GP集裝箱可以裝500袋左右，凈重在25000KG，貨值也較高。

四：由于中國人口眾多，特別是節(jié)假日對堅果的銷量很是驚人，目前中國進口開心果主要國J有：伊朗、美國、土耳其、越南、泰國、澳大利亞和吉爾吉斯斯坦。
