Khepera III機器人
小型機器人 Khepera III集成套裝是k-team10年精心研究的結晶。其性能可以和很多體型較大的機器人相媲美?？蓛?nèi)置該公司主打產(chǎn)品KoreBot板。機器人上安裝的多傳感器陣列，可以有效的檢測出不同距離范圍的物體。自身攜帶可更換充電電池，可使它高度自主。
作為Khepera新一代的產(chǎn)品，Khepera III可以用于實際的群體機器人的試驗中。
Khepera擴展槽同KoreBot系統(tǒng)兼容，這樣，任意一款KoreBot的擴展模塊都可以直接插在該機器人上。使用開放的KB250總線，使得用戶可以方便的開發(fā)和擴展。
Khepera III 的架構
和所有k-team的機器人一樣，Khepera III具有可擴展性。通過外圍總線，它幾乎可以無限制的擴充功能。
不論有沒有KoreBot的存在，Khepera III都可以使用。借助于KoreBot，機器人可以插入CF卡，支持WiFi，藍牙，額外的存儲空間。它可以馬上擁有標準的嵌入式Linux 操作系統(tǒng)，可以很快而且很容易的投入到開發(fā)應用中去。如果沒有KoreBot，我們?nèi)匀豢梢酝ㄟ^遙控來操縱它，這時它就像前面我們講到的Khepera一樣了?？梢越釉谌我庖慌_PC上，通過Matlab，LabView，或者其它任何支持串口操作的開發(fā)工具來完成對它的編程控制。
Khepera III上裝有9個用于障礙檢測的紅外傳感器，5個遠距離障礙物檢測的超聲傳感器。前面裝有一組尋線傳感器以及邊緣檢測。電機模塊使用的是瑞士生產(chǎn)的高質(zhì)量傳動模塊。高精度伺服電機保證了它移動的準確性和高效性?？筛鼡Q電池使它可以持續(xù)的工作。
