Application

 

耐彎曲柔性拖鏈電纜適用于干燥或潮濕的室內(nèi)，無強(qiáng)應(yīng)力緩釋或強(qiáng)制引導(dǎo)的自由連續(xù)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)下的安裝，特別是工業(yè)環(huán)境使用下的頻繁彎曲場(chǎng)合，如木工機(jī)械、機(jī)床設(shè)備加工、物流輸送系統(tǒng)、機(jī)器人手臂以及起重機(jī)場(chǎng)合等。

It is suitable for dry or wet rooms and installation without strong stress or free continuous reciprocating movement. It is special suitable for the working places of Woodworking Machine, machine tool equipment, logistics conveyer system, crane and other related equipments.

絕緣：特之混合改性丁晴彈性體絕緣

Insulation: Characteristics of the mixed modified special NBR Elastomer

顏色：＜0.5mm² 顏色標(biāo)識(shí)，棕、黑、藍(lán)、紫、粉紅、橙

      ≥0.5mm² 黑色數(shù)字白色號(hào)碼編號(hào),3芯以上帶有黃綠接地線（黃綠可選）

Colour: ≤0.5mmbrown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange

        ≥0.5mmCores black with consecutive white numbering. 3 cores or more with green/yellow earth wire

內(nèi)護(hù)套：改性低粘度強(qiáng)力擠壓內(nèi)護(hù)套，特之丁晴彈性體（可選）

The inner sheath: modified low viscosity strongly compressed inner sheath,especially the NBR (optional)

屏蔽：鍍錫銅網(wǎng)編制屏蔽，密度80%以上

Shielding: tinned copper mesh shielding, density of 80% or more

護(hù)套：特之混合改性丁晴彈性體/聚氨酯材料（橙色、黑色、灰色、綠色、紫色或黃色等）

Sheath: special mixed modified NBR/polyurethane material（PU）

絕緣：特之丁晴彈性體、PUR、TPE等材料

線芯：＜0.5mm² 顏色表示，棕、黑、藍(lán)、紫、粉紅、橙

          ≥0.5mm² 黑色數(shù)字白色號(hào)碼編號(hào),3芯以上帶有黃綠接地線（黃綠可選）

結(jié)構(gòu)：防扭分層，或分組式對(duì)絞+復(fù)絞間隙填充

內(nèi)護(hù)套：改性低粘度強(qiáng)力擠壓內(nèi)護(hù)套（可選）

屏蔽：鍍錫銅網(wǎng)編織屏蔽，密度80%以上
