1) 銅質(zhì)極柱
帶螺紋的內(nèi)嵌式銅質(zhì)極柱,能承受大電流通過(guò);安裝更方便、更可靠。
2) 極柱密封
采用霍克專(zhuān)利的長(zhǎng)壽命壓力環(huán)管密封技術(shù),利用機(jī)械壓力來(lái)達(dá)到密封的目的,徹底解決極柱漏液?jiǎn)栴}。
3) 殼蓋密封
相同阻燃 ABS材料的電池殼和電池蓋通過(guò)卡槽聯(lián)接,再用熱熔密封技術(shù)使殼和蓋完全熔為一體,接口可承受整個(gè)電池的重量,完全杜絕漏液。
4)阻燃ABS外殼
阻燃等級(jí)為 UL94-V0級(jí)增加型ABS外殼,結(jié)合瓦楞狀加強(qiáng)筋設(shè)計(jì),強(qiáng)度高,散熱好。
5)安全閥
霍克專(zhuān)利安全閥帶有防火阻燃件,外部明火不會(huì)引爆電池內(nèi)氣體;開(kāi)啟閉合靈敏,一致性好。
6)正、負(fù)極板
采用鉛 —鈣—錫多元合金,含鈣量嚴(yán)格控制在0.08%,有效地減小自放電,同時(shí)不降低氫的析出電位,保證最佳的氣體復(fù)合率;錫的含量嚴(yán)格控制在0.8%,有效減緩正極板腐蝕,并且有良好的深循環(huán)性能;
7)玻璃纖維
美國(guó)進(jìn)口 EnerSys蓄電池艾諾斯蓄電池Genesis蓄電池Genesis EP13EP/16EP/26EP/42EP/70EP由硼酸鹽制成的微孔玻璃纖維,阻值極低,對(duì)硫酸和高溫有著極佳的低抗力;孔率達(dá) 92%以上,電解液充分吸收在其中,使電池處于貧液狀態(tài)。
