3月5日上午，十四屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議首場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”在人民大會(huì)堂舉行。在首場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”上，科技部部長(zhǎng)王志剛表示，既要通過(guò)科學(xué)研究、技術(shù)牽引，又要通過(guò)場(chǎng)景驅(qū)動(dòng)、用戶(hù)需求，使得人工智能能為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、為中國(guó)科技作出貢獻(xiàn)。

Wang Zhigang,minister of science and technology,has called on Chinese scientists and companies to better facilitate the development and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
3月5日上午，科技部部長(zhǎng)王志剛在十四屆全國(guó)人大一次會(huì)議首場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”上表示，希望中國(guó)的科研人員和企業(yè)在人工智能領(lǐng)域能夠有更多的好成果。同時(shí)還要注意，怎么樣規(guī)范科技倫理，趨利避害。
China has conducted years of research in natural language processing and understanding,the technology that made ChatGPT possible,Wang said on the sidelines of the first plenary session of the 14th National People's Congress in Beijing on Sunday.
王志剛表示，中國(guó)在自然語(yǔ)言處理和理解方面進(jìn)行了多年的研究，正是這項(xiàng)技術(shù)使ChatGPT成為可能。
"Whether it is Chinese or foreign companies,we hope more people can create better products in the field of artificial intelligence,"he said."But at the same time,we have to pay attention to scientific and technological ethics and try to take advantage of the technology while avoiding its downsides."
王志剛說(shuō)：“我們也希望，中國(guó)的企業(yè)也好，國(guó)外的企業(yè)也好，大家在人工智能領(lǐng)域能夠有更多的好成果。同時(shí)，我們還要注意，怎么樣規(guī)范科技倫理，趨利避害。”
Wang said China proposed an eight-item principle on AI governance in 2019 that encourages the safe,fair and responsible use of AI.
王志剛說(shuō)，我國(guó)在2019年首先提出人工智能治理方面的“八項(xiàng)原則”；鼓勵(lì)安全、平等和負(fù)責(zé)任地使用人工智能。
In addition,China has developed several application scenarios for AI,such as smart ports,to facilitate the commercialization of AI technologies,he said.
我國(guó)近期還推出了智能碼頭等若干個(gè)示范應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，推動(dòng)人工智能轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用。
Wang said he hopes AI can contribute to China's socioeconomic growth,and also that Chinese researchers and companies can contribute to the global development of AI.
王志剛表示，希望人工智能能為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。他也希望從事人工智能研究、轉(zhuǎn)化的大學(xué)、科研院所、企業(yè)為推動(dòng)人工智能發(fā)展、為國(guó)際社會(huì)作出中國(guó)貢獻(xiàn)。
