Founded 16 years ago, Matrix Design has established itself as one of the market leaders in the design, integration, installation and programming of robotic automation systems to factories world-wide. Matrix has set itself apart from the competition thanks to its resolve and dedication to please the customer and ensure all of its machinery is working exactly the way the customer had imagined.
As Matrix has continued to grow locally and across the US, opportunities have arisen internationally as well. With successful installations in Mexico, Poland, Germany, and others under its belt, Matrix is looking to add to its customer base and starting to sell automation systems in China. We foresee this being a very strong marketplace for future growth for Matrix, but we need local individuals that will be willing to partner with us.
We will be bringing candidates back to the US for an intense 3-4 months training program in which you will learn troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations of our Fanuc automated systems.
o Basic knowledge of industrial controls
o Ability to use a multi-meter in all settings
o Strong familiarity reading electrical and pneumatic schematics
o Basic programming of robots is desired
o Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI’s
o Prior factory automation experience is a plus
o Must speak English as well as Mandarin
o Must adhere to Matrix Values

Founded 16 years ago, Matrix Design has established itself as one of the market leaders in the design, integration, installation and programming of robotic automation systems to factories world-wide. As Matrix has continued to grow locally and across the US, opportunities have arisen internationally as well. With successful installations in Mexico, Poland, Germany, and others under its belt, Matrix is looking to add to its customer base and starting to sell automation systems in China. We foresee this being a very strong marketplace for future growth for Matrix, but we need local individuals that will be willing to partner with us.
We will be bringing candidates back to the US for an intense 3-4 months training program in which you will learn troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations of our Fanuc automated systems.
o Basic knowledge of industrial controls
o Ability to use a multi-meter in all settings
o Strong familiarity reading electrical and pneumatic schematics
o Basic programming of robots is desired
o Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI’s
o Prior factory automation experience is a plus
o Must speak English as well as Mandarin
o Must adhere to Matrix Values

The ideal candidate will be trained in programming and troubleshooting of Fanuc Robotics. Strong communication skills will be required as interaction with customers will be a key component of this role.

o Program robot cycles using the robot teach pendant
o Install systems for final sign-off at customer’s facility
o Train customers on system setup, operation and troubleshooting of systems
o Troubleshoot and repair systems

We will be bringing candidates back to the US for an intense 3-4 months training program in which you will learn troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations of our Fanuc automated systems.
o Basic knowledge of industrial controls
o Ability to use a multi-meter in all settings
o Strong familiarity reading electrical and pneumatic schematics
o Basic programming of robots is desired
o Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI’s
o Prior factory automation experience is a plus
o Must speak English as well as Mandarin

ROBOT TECHNICIAN
Founded 16 years ago, Matrix Design has established itself as one of the market leaders in the design, integration, installation and programming of robotic automation systems to factories world-wide. Matrix has set itself apart from the competition thanks to its resolve and dedication to please the customer and ensure all of its machinery is working exactly the way the customer had imagined.
As Matrix has continued to grow locally and across the US, opportunities have arisen internationally as well. With successful installations in Mexico, Poland, Germany, and others under its belt, Matrix is looking to add to its customer base and starting to sell automation systems in China. We foresee this being a very strong marketplace for future growth for Matrix, but we need local individuals that will be willing to partner with us.
We will be bringing candidates back to the US for an intense 3-4 months training program in which you will learn troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations of our Fanuc automated systems.
o Basic knowledge of industrial controls
o Ability to use a multi-meter in all settings
o Strong familiarity reading electrical and pneumatic schematics
o Basic programming of robots is desired
o Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI’s
o Prior factory automation experience is a plus
o Must speak English as well as Mandarin

The ideal candidate will be trained in programming and troubleshooting of Fanuc Robotics. Strong communication skills will be required as interaction with customers will be a key component of this role.
Duties:
Install robotic systems which includes: mechanical assembly, wiring of control panels, sensors, valves and other electrically controlled devices
o Program robot cycles using the robot teach pendant
o Install systems for final sign-off at customer’s facility
o Train customers on system setup, operation and troubleshooting of systems
o Troubleshoot and repair systems
