開心果夏威夷果進(jìn)口報關(guān)流程及注意事項

一：2021年4月12日，海關(guān)Z署令第248號，對于肉與肉制品、腸衣、水產(chǎn)品、乳品、燕窩與燕窩制品、蜂產(chǎn)品、蛋與蛋制品、食用油脂和油料、包餡面食、食用谷物、谷物制粉工業(yè)產(chǎn)品和麥芽、保鮮和脫水蔬菜以及干豆、調(diào)味料、堅果與籽類、干果、未烘焙的咖啡豆與可可豆、特殊膳食食品、保健食品。進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊管理要求，自 2022 年 1 月 1 日起進(jìn)口堅果類產(chǎn)品境外生產(chǎn)商需要在華注冊備案后才能出口至中國。

二：進(jìn)口堅果一般分為堅果原料大包裝，到中國后再加工分裝。一種是預(yù)包裝食品到中國后直接銷售，該2種進(jìn)口流程和資料要求都不相同，建議進(jìn)口商先確認(rèn)企業(yè)進(jìn)口種類。

三：目前中國進(jìn)口較多的是大包裝開心果原料，進(jìn)口到中國后一般在廣東，江蘇，浙江，安徽等地食品工廠再加工分裝后再在市場上銷售。

四：開心果Z定稅率關(guān)稅為5%，Z值稅為9%，主要進(jìn)口國家有伊朗、美國、土耳其、泰國、越南、澳洲等國家，根據(jù)進(jìn)口國家不同申報價格也不一樣。
